Volunteer Membership Application
How It Works
You are required to purchase a Volunteer Membership for $50 (camping & parking not included), at the end of the event you will receive your Membership fee back in full ($50) provided you fully fulfill your volunteer role.
**If you fail to arrive or fully fulfill your shifts & roles you will not receive your Membership fee back & there will be no refunds on memberships, rain or shine this event will happen.**
♦ Commit to two six hour shifts for a combined 12 hours
♦ Show up on time at the designated area
Tent camping passes must be purchased with your membership prior to the event – tent sites are approximately 10’ X 10’, will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and are $10 ea.
A parking fee of $5 per vehicle will be charged at the gate if you have not already purchased your parking voucher online.
There will be limited parking space available for RV’s, trailers & camper vans but these spots need to pre-booked and purchased with your membership as no on-site sales will be available. Tow vehicles need to be parked offsite at the designated parking area.
