Venue & Event Info

An ever-growing demonstration of permaculture design, sustainable living, renewable energy systems, home energy efficiency, and home-scale food production. In addition, we are your one-stop-shop for a variety of natural, organic soil amendments!

Gates open Saturday July 25 at 9am & Sunday July 26 at 9am. No camping registration past 6pm Saturday. Gates Saturday close at midnight. Upon arrival at the event, you must present a paper copy of your RMCC Membership, OR bring it up on your phone in order to be admitted to the event. You will be required to fill out a wavier at the registration desk as well. Photo ID will be required for admission.

Below are some basic House-keeping things to know and keep in mind while you stay here….. If you are camping please refer to the Camping Rules & Regulations on our website. Or read below. This is a 18+ event.
Smoking, vaping and other uses of Cannabis are allowed but there will be NO Cannabis products sales onsite so please be sure to BYOB (Bring your own bud).

**There will be NO cash machine onsite so please remember to bring cash. There will be NO WiFi available onsite.**

Camping
Tent camping passes must be purchased with your membership prior to the event – tent sites are approximately 10’ X 10’ and are $10 ea.

Camping will be on a first come first served basis.  If you are wanting to bring an RV/trailer you will need to purchase an RV pass. 

RV units must arrive Friday July 24 after 5pm. No RV entry on Saturday July 25. Once your RV is set in place, your tow vehicle must park in the general parking area. $5 parking pass required.

Car or truck camping? Any members choosing to sleep in the Powerstroke Motel will require an RV camping pass. Please arrive Friday night.

Accommodations
If you are NOT camping onsite there are numerous other Campgrounds & Hotel accommodations in close proximity to the event. See the links below for more information.

We have various RV Rental options available starting at $325/night…they deliver, set up and take down. Easy Peasy!

We also have our own newer Tent Trailer available that sleeps 4 adults for $150/night. Please contact the organizers to make these arrangements.

We will have BBQ’s available onsite, and fire pits with grills for roasting and cooking various things.

Parking
A parking fee of $5 per vehicle will be charged at the gate if you have not already purchased your parking voucher online.

There will be limited parking space available for RV’s, trailers & camper vans but these spots need to pre-booked and purchased with your membership as no on-site sales will be available. Tow vehicles need to be parked offsite at the designated parking area.

Port-o-Potties and outdoor wash stations are available. No showers available yet. We will have potable water available for campers and refilling water bottles.

We will have various places set up around the property for hanging out, connecting and smoking.

No Refunds on any RMCC Memberships. RMCC Memberships can be transferred to another person by going back in and updating the name and email listed for each membership.

Please Respect Our Neighbours
Our neighbourhoods have been very gracious in ‘allowing’ us to host this event. If we do a good job we can host it again! Please stay off the neighbour’s property. Logs have been placed on the property line or look for barbed wire fence.

This is a Leave NO Trace event! Pick up cigarette butts; Take your garbage with you; Leave the land cleaner than you found it.

Food Options
Food is NOT included with your ticket. You can bring your own cooler with Food & Beverages for the day or take of advantage of the onsite Food Truck services. (Gammy’s Kitch ‘n Post)

Weather

Photography
By entering the festival grounds you will be agreeing to allow your image to possibly be photographed or filmed for the use of the producers.

Security & Safety
RMCC will be providing security for the event. Their presence is intended to make this event safe and fun for everyone. Please respect and follow all rules and regulations; they were created with your safety in mind.
Security staff will question you on your sobriety & competence to operate a vehicle before you leave the parking lot. Event staff will provide basic first-aid services and security services and will be in constant communication with Event operations personnel in the event of an emergency.
Membership holders are encouraged to report all suspicious behaviour to Event Security

Vehicles and Parking
Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas (e.g., emergency or maintenance roads and pathways) will be towed at the vehicle owners sole expense.
Once parked in the parking area, vehicles are not to be moved for the duration of the Event except under the direction of the event staff.
Once admitted into the camping area and parked, RVs or other vehicles are not to be moved for the duration of the Event except under the direction of the event staff.

Re-Entry Policy
Be sure to have your wrist band on in order to return if you leave for any reason.

Exhibitor Services and Amenities
Exhibitors on the grounds will provide food and drink. Unauthorized sale of food or drink will be grounds for removal from the Event.
Exhibitors will also provide arts, crafts, and general interest goods and services based on availability and applications. Unauthorized sale of any goods will be grounds for removal from the Event.

Workshop Timing
All workshops advertised have confirmed their appearance at the RMCC, however, times are subject to change without notice.
A complete list of times will be released 7 days prior to the event but may be subject to change.
Third-party contractors will provide highly professional, clean portable toilet facilities throughout the Event.

Health & Common Sense
We want all our visitors to have a healthy and safe event experience, so please take these common-sense steps to ensure you’re feeling great when the weekend is over:
①stay hydrated
② eat regularly
③ dress appropriately
④ protect yourself from the sun.

What to Bring
Your printed Membership or phone copy
Cash for….parking, swag, food, ice cream, munchies, raffle tickets & donations (no ATM onsite)
Your own bud (max 30g of dried flower or 7.5g of rosin)
Pipes, papers, lighters, bongs, clips, trays, & grinders. That has a certain ring to it! Lol
Water bottles to ward off extreme cotton-mouth
Coat, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, umbrella. Condoms too?
Blankets, sheets, and towels
Food items & Beverages, provided they are not in glass containers.
Lawn chairs and foldable chairs
Portable grill
 Plus ALL your camping gear. We do have fire pits and BBQ’s available for cooking if you want to leave yours at home.
GoPro Cameras, point and shoot cameras, disposable cameras

No weapons of any kind (regardless of permit)
No pepper spray
No paint of any kind (including paint markers and spray paint)Body paint is ok I guess.
No fireworks
No illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
No laser pointers
No pets, unless it is a service animal
No flammable products
No projectiles or explosives
No knives or sharp objects
No generators
No drones, (we are within 3 miles of an airport)
No ATV`s, Dirt Bikes, etc

If you bring any of the items on the above prohibited items list into the festival, such items will be confiscated and discarded and you can be subject to removal from the festival based on the sole discretion of festival management. Under no circumstances will festival management hold any prohibited items for you.

Code of Conduct
RMCC seeks to be a welcoming summer event and community. As a guest, you have an active role in creating an enjoyable and accepting environment for your fellow attendees, including speaking out when you see unacceptable behaviour.

RMCC has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to: race, color, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, and disability status.

Offensive behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
Acts of physical assault
Verbal abuse
Racial or ethnic slurs
Groping, sexual assault, or unwanted sexual remarks
Stalking
Threatening language

Any individuals or groups found in violation of this policy will be removed from the event.

If you feel you’ve been harassed, or feel unsafe, please visit our Sanctuary space or an event staff member, or member of our security team.

Exhibitors
♦ No illicit Cannabis sales of any kind
Exhibitor booths cannot be turned into any type of lounge/dab bar/private party and must shut down at times specified above
Exhibitors must provide all of their own tents, tables, chairs, etc
Rocky Mountain Cannabis Connection/Rancho Relaxo is not responsible for any items not locked up or left unattended in the exhibitor areas
Exhibitors will also be responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event

Cannabis
♦ The Rocky Mountain Cannabis Connection will not be allowing the sale of any illicit cannabis products – we are in compliance with the AGLC guidelines that follow the Cannabis Act.
♦ Authorities may be present outside of the event grounds to check for intoxicated drivers. Please make sure you have a designated driver, store your cannabis properly and are carrying the legal limit per person.
